This hotel is a 10/10. If you are looking for a true relaxation, peace and quiet this is the place to come. We enjoyed the tranquility. The hotel is truly an oasis. The staff were amazing, welcoming, attentive…top notch service. The room we stayed in was great. We loved that the hotel is away from the chaos but just a close car ride to all the site seeing places and beaches. When the opportunity presents itself we would definitely come back.

Hotel is a little secluded but still close to the Patong area. Staffs made us feel welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel. The highlight of this hotel was the rooms, very huge and spacious, feels brand new. The pools were amazing, one of the best pools of any hotels I’ve ever stayed at and the water temperature is perfect. Breakfast was great amazing with great choice. Overall would recommend staying at this resort!

The property was very clean and maintained by the staff which was something I worried about when coming because pictures could be deceiving. But it was fresh and clean when I came to when I left, then service was amazing too so I didn’t have to worry about anything while I was staying here. Beautiful hotel, tucked away from the excitement of Patong. Welcomed to serene lobby with fresh lemonade on arrival. Pools are clean and scenery is fab. Breakfast options were great and staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention for the kids club staff- its a lovely calm, cool retreat from the midday sun and staff couldnt have been kinder to our little ones. I had a luxurious thai massage in the beautiful spa- would recommend! Only downside is the beautiful location makes the resort a little tricky to navigate with little kids- lots of steps and lifts. The resort staff were helpful with buggy rides, definitely needed for check in and out with luggage.

Beautiful property! The location is perfect as it sits just in the outskirts of Patong. It’s secluded and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious.

From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, Avista Hideaway made everything feel effortless and relaxing. We were visiting for our anniversary, and the team truly went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with an upgraded room, beautiful flowers with “Happy Anniversary” written out, and even an anniversary cake. It made us feel incredibly welcomed. The staff were also extremely helpful with recommendations, from where to rent a motorcycle to the best places around Phuket to visit and explore. The hotel itself is fantastic — great pools, friendly staff throughout, and the food and drinks were excellent. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and would happily stay here again when we return.

Overall great place. About 10 minute drive to Patong beach. Clean rooms, good breakfast buffet. Only negative was pool beds always had dirty towels and dishes . Staff did not do a good job cleaning up
