Staff are great, location is good and close to town and the breakfast buffet is really complete. The cleanliness of the room was not perfect though. The windows and glasses were stained and you could see the track of the dirty cleaning. The shower room was not clean and you could see germ on the bottom of the walls. We had to ask to clean the room entirely in first night, and it got better but it seems they don’t have high standards in terms of cleaning. They were supportive and responsive though.

Breakfast was great, staff came to the room to clean around 3pmish. There's a shuttle that takes you to beach or shopping and it leaves once an hour. They offer laundry, but it's cheaper just to go to the 7/11 nearby and do laundry there if they offer it.

We had a lovely time here, staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily, bottled water and towels replaced when needed. Free shuttle service was very handy with good friendly driver. Buffet breakfast was amazing with serviced egg and drink stations. Only issue was room aircon wasn’t regulating properly, kept trying to freeze or cook us but would stay again.

The experience was great, as the hotel offers many options so you don't need to leave it to have a good time. The pool is very good and the staff on the pool bar is excellent! The breakfast is awesome with many different options and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also good and Khine was very helpful explaining how the area worked.
