Very nice facilities with great pool, front desk and bell desk staff were very polite and helpful. Car parking was convenient and close to lots of good restaurants and night markets nearby. The beach was just a few min walk away. Housekeeping a little strange, didn’t provide additional toothpaste even though we stayed for three nights and used up the small packet. Also took away the additional blanket we asked for. Having said that, the room was beautiful and we love the whirlpool and washroom with two shower heads. When we asked for lower pillows and an extra blanket, the staff came by quickly. Overall it’s a great choice at Karon Beach.

We had an incredible stay at this resort! Everything was so clean, and the amazing restaurants were a highlight—especially the Tomahawk steak we had for our anniversary, which was perfection and big enough to share with our kids. The pool was fantastic, and room service was on point. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s a great place to stay with kids, and the spa experience was really relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for a family getaway!

Quite atmosphere was nice but the front staff made us to leave reviews before checking in for giving us “nicer room” the thing was we were so tired and ready to have some rest but we had to stand in lobby figuring out how we get the app and writing reviews while getting mosquito bites; the food in restaurants are way overpriced for just basic foods for dinner.

The manager and the chef did their best to give us a truly VIP treatment. The spa was superb. Our room had a private pool that our kids loved immensely. The restaurant, however, was staffed by very difficult waiters and waitresses. The worst was the pool bar, where the head bartender was the only unkind person I’ve ever met in the land of smiles.

Got there and pur room was not ready and had problem. We had to wait longer time. And lobby guy Mon was not kind of a sweet person to work in a lobby, didn't smile but speak like a robot. Room door had problem all the time with opening with card. Had to try several times to open it up. otherwise all rest were so perfect, well relaxed, well cleaned. great breakfast and others were all sweet and kind.

The customer service at this property is exceptional. All the dining options are delicious. I went with my dad( who needs his own bed) and two kids. So if you’re in a similar situation and don’t want to share beds, the room may be small. But overall I will be back with my husband.

What a spectacular stay. The hotel staff are incredible and cannot do enough for you. The room was great, lots of space, clean and comfortable. The pool areas cpuld be bigger with more sun beds but not the end of the world as we were out exploring most days. Would definitely return. The break was great as was the dining options.

Great atmosphere! The food was absolutely amazing, I booked a romantic dinner at the Char'd Grill and Chef Jatin Sharma absolutely killed it. It was such a unique experience. Food throughout the hotel was stellar, and the buffet breakfast was great. The spa was also amazing, we kept going back for more during our stay! Great drinks and pool vibe. Came with my husband for our honeymoon and they also decorated our bed and gave us a complimentary fruit tray upon arrival. Would love to come back.

Our stay at The Avista Grande was truly exceptional. We arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport, and the service was seamless. Celebrating our wedding anniversary there, we were greeted with a warm and thoughtful welcome. We chose a room with a whirlpool bath, which my husband enjoyed during our stay. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive, contributing to a wonderful experience.The hotel's prime location in the heart of Karon, Kata, and Patong made everything easily accessible. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, though my husband felt it could use a bit more flavor. We didn't get to use the pool as it was quite popular with other guests, but the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.There were a few minor hiccups: it would have been helpful to receive a heads-up about the mosquitoes upon arrival, as we were bitten in the reception area. Additionally, the hotel tour could have been more comprehensive, and we found that there were not enough sockets in the room for our devices. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was delightful.
