We stayed here for one night before moving on to another property. The room was very tired. My daughter had a roll away bed which was so u comfortable she was unable to sleep in it. The beds are very hard as to are the pillows. The service did not live up to the hotel rating at all. Breakfast was very mediocre. The surface around the pool is so sharp and hard on your feet.

It’s a good resort and we were enjoyed the time with our kids especially the pool slides. However the facilities may need to renovate because they are a bit old. Overall it’s good and happy to return.

We had a wonderful 8 nights here over New Year’s Eve. Can’t fault the place. My dad who was on the trip is already booking again. The staff and facilities were excellent. We booked 2 excursions from the hotel which was excellent. One minor thing I’d point out is the kids club room isn’t supervised so as a single parent who might want 10 minutes breather there was no opportunity to leave him there. But you could still access it. Overall I couldn’t fault it.

The Thavorn was everything we expected when booking online and more!!! A perfect resort for families or coupes. We couldn’t fault the service. And location is amazing. The vision of the founder to have ample green space was overly abundant and gave an amazing atmosphere
