"I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. "Unbelievable resort. Should be classified as a 5-star. The staff are the friendliest and most amazing people. Breakfast was amazing. Room was huge with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was by far the best, my wife and I spent hours of the day up there. The restaurant and food was top notch, especially considering you can get everything delivered wherever you are whether it be the pool, your room, or at a restaurant table. Laundry service was perfect and cheap. Simply amazing. "
