"I arrived at checkin around 12:30pm and at 1st they said the room wouldnt be ready til 3pm and gave me a welcome drink and said i could wait in the restaurant so i ordered some food and before the food arrived they told me my room was ready and said i could take the food to the room which was great as i hadnt had much sleep. Rooms are very spacious with big comfy beds (if a little short). Choice of 2 pools, i only use the 1 on the roof but there is also 1 on the ground but kids sometimes use it so prefer to go up. Didnt get to use the gym but from what i remember it was adequate. Restaurant on site was good added bonus of room service, car service to the airport was also very efficient and maybe only 50 baht more than a grab or bolt. Great location 5 mins from bangla, 10 mins from beach and 8 mins walk from oTop market where there is cool bars and shopping. The only thing i did not like is there was a door connected to the room next door and i had really obnoxiously loud neighbours who were talking soo loudly it sounded as if they was in my bed (not what you need at 10:30am when youve only got in at 6:30am and have to check out by 12) if possible I'd ask for a room without the connecting door, you might getblucky and have better neighbours than me though"

"This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you are going to enjoy all the amenities that it offers. We absolutely loved out stay here but we went to patong a lot and island hopping so we did not spend much time at the hotel. If you are planning to relax and stay at the hotel in a quiet area, I would recommend staying here "

"It was close to the beach and my children enjoyed the kids club , they also enjoyed the pools . Breakfast was excellent We had 3 meals at the charm restaurant 2 dinners the had where very good but then we went there for lunch which was not very good asked for water for my son with his kids meal( which are free for under 12 ) which he didnt get and we ordered rice which we didnt get . We stayed for 2 weeks and the kids want to back next year .We would recommend holiday inn phuket as a good place to stay ."
