"Hotel zou me ophalen op vliegveld. Uur gewacht daarna maar zelf een taxi genomen. Telefonisch niet te bereiken. Sleutel lag klaar op de bali, vervolgens op de kamer super grote kakkerlak heel erg vochtig muffe kamer. Toen bleek dat je het nummer alleen via watsapp kon bellen. Uiteindelijk wel een andere kamer gekregen. Maar vond heel het hotel muf en vochtig. 1 dag eerder vertrokken geen geld terug beleid."
