As we arrived , The check-in process at Thavorn Resorts and Spa was seamless, thanks to the Expedia booking reference which made everything quick and hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally polite and gentle, warmly welcoming us and, as a wonderful surprise, upgraded us to the private beachfront villas at no extra cost. This 5-star property is truly a tropical paradise blending lush flora and fauna with stunning ocean views, creating a serene forest-meets-sea atmosphere. The grounds are impeccably maintained—spotlessly clean and beautifully landscaped. The peaceful ambiance is enhanced by the gentle sounds of the ocean, making it a perfect escape from the everyday hustle. "The staff were amazing - we got upgraded to a villa which was just gorgeous and Dew helped us settle in. When my young son and I got sick and needed a doctor everyone helped us and the hotel even provided dehydration medicine... The pool was spotless and the beach was beautiful. Hopefully next timethe weather will be sunny... Thanks to the staff again!"

"Super clean room, buggy rides 24/7, Fabulous quality all you can buffet breakfast, excellent view, curteous helpful friendly staff..! Just Casa Boho food taste was a let down when compared to breakfast or some other ceviche elsewhere.
