The staff at this property were very friendly and very helpful. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is below standard, all food is cold. Airconditioners in rooms need repairs and cleaning.

I loved how this property was a little tucked away from the main road but still walkable to all the night life and the beach! The food options around that street are also very good and have a nice variety. The staff were incredibly nice and we felt very taken care of during our stay here. The room we had was a little dirty on arrival, but nothing too horrible. They clean the linens every other day or every three days, but you can make a request for more. One note I'd make is we got food poisoning on the last day from the hotel's breakfast, so be wary of some of the fruit. Other than that, it was a pretty pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel was always there to help you, we also celebrated a birthday while there and during breakfast a member of staff bought my husband a cake, candle and 2 sang 'Happy birthday' to him, we even had our bed decorated on the day too. Nothing is too much trouble for them there, will certainly be returning.

The location was good. Just a few minutes walk to Bangla road and Patong beach. Breakfast had little variety and the air conditioning is weak. Staff were helpful though.

Hotel was good clean, and the staff were very polite and kind especially Nuch, who would greet us every day and always ask if we needed anything. Food was good at the hotel, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby by.

The property was old but maintained well, the pool was great, but the jacuzzi did not have a heater.
