"I am a hotel snob and was a little nervous to try an airport hotel. This one fits the bill. Room size was large as was the bathroom. Extremely clean, well maintained and a good restaurant and bar too! Staff were accommodating and friendly. Truly 5 star stay. The neighborhood at night looked a little iffy (although it may be just fine), but no need to venture out if you don’t want to."

"The room was very noisy! Elevator noise on one side and street noise from cars and trucks from the windows. We could hear planes flying overhead. The window covering didn’t prevent light from coming in on both sides. Very cheap shades that got stuck every time we tried to close them. We were woken up in the morning by a fire alarm!! It went off and continued very loudly. We had to evacuate the building before we could get fully dressed. It was cold outside. We waited for 20 minutes until 3 NYC fire department trucks came and 10 firefighters rushed in and soon found out it was a false alarm. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s not soundproof and very rundown. It’s across the street from storage yard for trash trucks and snow removal equipment with mountains of debris and salt for snow melting!!"

"New hotel clean and spacy. Breakfast menu limited. Next to Air Train and subway. Close to delis and grocery store. Surrounding neighborhood rundown and dirty. "

"Little vintage atmosphere but you won’t find better place for the price in this area. Everything you could need within walking distance. Also, a shared kitchen to use 24 hres to prepare your own meals if you want to save even more. Very secure area."
