Room was clean but two fairly small beds for 3 sharing. I water ran cold for ages before getting hot, not able to get extra coffee/creamer, pool was quite cold so kids didn’t want to go in for long. Breakfast was excellent very well stocked but an extra waffle machine would be good as it was busy each day. Very happy.

If you like 1997 this hotel is for you. I prefer 2026. Check in staff was amazing (Nicole) downhill rapidly. NO full-time restaurant on property and no room service. Room temperature was off.... don't visit when the weather doesn't match the season. Strange policy. Although, I am Lifetime Titanium status couldn't even get two hour delay. Asked to speak with manager, he/she wouldn't even come meet with me. Still have FAITH in Bonvoy, took train to New York Edition on Madison and was treated like a human.

I've stayed here before and the hotel is consistent and dependable. It is overpriced for what you get, but there aren't many other choices in the area as convenient as this property. The hotel is clean and well staffed. The restaurant has inconvenient hours which caused me to go off property for several meals. The decor is dated, but ok.
