Vanderbilt Hotel and Suites. Friendly helpful staff, great amenities and ultra clean. Adequate parking, quiet, and a fantastic nights rest. Highly recommended.

The properties is nice but they say they have room service but they don’t and they clean your room every two days.

The rooms were beautifully appointed and well maintained. The Check in was terrible as I waited (no one at front desk) and rang the bell that was there. I had to ring about 5 times over 10 minutes with no one attending (they were in the coat closet chatting). Then had a shock when they said I had to sign for a $250/per room incidental fee (total of $500 for the two rooms) which had not seen on Expedia website. They basically said "don't shoot the messenger". Then photographers were filming in front of our door and said "didn't you tell them?" to the receptionist (No, they hadn't).The delay at the front desk made me late for my son's performance at a nearby college.

I have a complaint about a man on the night staff. He was threatening. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN MY ROOM. I would like to contact the complaints department. I feel this man is dangerous. The supervisor Jake the next day spoke with us. He said he would speak to his supervisor and get back to us. Well he never did. I called several times and got no response from him. Again, I felt UNSAFE in my room. I NEVER FELT like that in a Hotel. Otherwise I really like the hotel.Please contact me via email, with instructions on how to resolve this matter.
