"We were in transit and just needed a place to stay overnight before catching our next flight. As a family of four - a couple with two adult kids - we opted for a room with two double beds. Upon arrival at the federal circle, we called the hotel to request a shuttle pickup, and within 15 minutes, it arrived. The hotel was cozy, well-maintained, and offered a standard breakfast. Conveniently, there was a Burger King next door and a Popeye Chicken nearby."

Upon entering my room (Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible), I found the following: Safety & Maintenance: The AC system made loud, alarming noises resembling fireworks when activated. Additionally, the television depicted only static. Cleanliness & Upkeep: The floors were filthy, mirrors were stained, and both the carpeting and furniture were heavily worn and marked. Plumbing Issues: The toilet ran constantly, the shower/bath nozzles were rusted, and the water pressure was virtually non-existent"

I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at! It’s always clean, housekeeping is so polite and lovely, I’ve never been disappointed!"
