"Housekeeping staff excellent Receptionist a little brusque, didn't inform us of amenities available (ice machine, washer & dryer ) not great. Shuttle service on arrival a little haphazard..waited over an hour"

Didn’t trust a single surface. *end of night came around I lock my door and then had to run out. Guess what I couldn’t.* I was locked in my room! The metal of the door was bent and wedged and left me stuck in the room. Thankfully a friend was able to rescue me. But needless to say I left shortly after that."
