"Beautiful hotel but for the amount you’re paying a night here I’d expect an exceptionally clean suite. I stood in the duplex suite and our toilet had pee stains and was not clean! Dust on the floor under beds clearly floor has not been swept or moped properly! "

"Room was nicely appointed and felt well cleaned. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Reasonably good selection of snacks at the mini-store near the front desk. Breakfast is good, but bring some extra cash, as there is a tip jar. There is a small seating area outside off the breakfast area/bar in case one wants to eat or drink outside. There is a small (one washer, one dryer), clean laundry room available 24-7 on the 2nd floor."

"The service qas amazing, people were very friendly. Comsodering the hotel was the pet frienly hotel, it was neat and clean. But there were a lot of dog hair found under the sofa bed, made my daughter starting to wheeze. Hotel associate quicly solve the problem by moving us to the different room, we were able to stay as planned, happy about that. "

The kitchen area is very sparsely populated -- they only have a few water glasses and didn't have an ice bucket for the ice machine. But the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. I'd stay here again. "
