"Loved the size of the room, we were 3 adults and there was more than enough space, only downside to this hotel is that they charge you $4 per bag to store luggage which for an American chain hotel is pretty poor service"

"This was a great place to base your stay in NYC. Very convenient to many things. The only hiccup we had was one day our room was not cleaned and serviced. We just shed for towels and we made it fine. They were very complimentary on check-in and checkout. They let us check in early and at checkout we left our bags with valet until we left for our flight. Very accommodating!! We loved our stay!!!"
