Lotte New York Palace
The room was nice, the bellman were very polite and accommodating;however, the front desk check in ladies were not welcoming or polite. You would think such a nice hotel in every other aspect would teach their front desk hospitality and to smile. Very disappointing and got the stay off to a poor ...

The Beekman Tower, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
We were in town for Thanksgiving and the Beckman towers had everything we needed. The space was plenty for a party of 4. We felt like we were right at home. The staff was always pleasant. I would definitely recommend the Beekman towers!
