I thought it was very inconvenient that the elevator wasn't working for 2 days during our stay. We had to use the stairs to transport the luggage. Also,the Lobby was available for use due to repairs and the side doors were locked .We had to wait for another guest to exit so we could enter the lobby.

The hotel was lovely. I found the staff lacking and not customer centered. During checkin the woman was rude and a bit too direct to be working the front desk. The next morning, I was getting coffee, actually about to press for the coffee to pour and a woman grabbed the coffee and announced that it was too late and I needed to get it from the machine. Another guest noted, loud enough for the woman to here, "that was not good customer service." To which I agreed and walked out. I am a New Yorker who currently lives in Maryland, I am mentioning that to highlight the fact that I am used to dealing with New Yorkers who might be a bit short, abrupt and fast moving/ talking. The staff interactions were not that. They were not customer cetered and rude.

It was too noisy at night when we were trying to sleep. Kids running around and jumping above at 1am and 2 am. People slamming doors in the hallway most of the night. Could hear too much. The tv’s were not smart tv’s we could only watch what was on the tv. We were not able to access Netflix or anything else like that.

When I checked in the front desk personnel was rude. Then before checking out, I asked for a one hour extension from 11:00 to 12:00 and was told no. I have never been told no for a 1 hour delay in checking out.

Lobby entrance is closed due to construction. Need to enter through a side door. Very noisy in room. Can hear people walking/running/stomping above us. Found some sort of bug crawling around in room by the coffee maker. Not certain if it was a roach or a beetle. Very limited hanging space in closet. We were there for the weekend for a nearby wedding and had a lot of clothing that needed to be hung but could not fit it all. Staff was pleasant. Overall 3 stars. Probably would not stay here again.
