"The hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were extremely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was located to the back of the hotel, so although we didn’t have a view, it was quiet and extremely comfortable and clean. Comfy bed, lovely big bathroom, plenty of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Good wardrobe space, safe, fridge and free WiFi. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety of food & drinks, and was also included in the price. The manager also put out lemon slices each morning, to add to my hot water, after I queried availability on the first day. The hotel is situated in an excellent location within walking distance to Penn Station, shops, restaurants, the subway, and all the main attractions. There is also a lift in the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"The rooms are a great size! I've stayed in a lot of hotels in New York and this hotel was great. Room size are great. Not like other hotels. New York is known for small hotel rooms. The rooms in this hotel are a great size. It's s must to stay here again. Also not in the mix of things but a nice walking distance to Times Square "
