Little things that I consider usual and normal were not available, such as in room fridge, in room coffee maker or hot pot, tissue/Kleenex, toilet seat cover, wash cloths, and a phone (or easy way to call the front desk). It was basic. Most importantly the place was indeed clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Since they have a rooftop bar upstairs. They do not have security guards or anything protecting there venue. And their elevators have no security access tap. Anyone can have access to any floor at any given time. During my visit on the night of 5/2/26. A lady from the rooftop bar was so incoherent that she fell asleep in the elevator. As the elevator came to my floor I stepped in to ask how she was doing. She started cussing me out but couldn’t even get up. Then she tried to follow me around in the lobby limping and stumbling. I asked the front desk to call police or something since they didn’t have security. They didn’t do anything. This hotel has no respect for its paying customers. Will not return. For $300/night you do not get treated well. They looked at me like I was the crazy one. I even asked the front desk to have a manager speak to me when they arrived. And no manager ever emailed, called or texted me. I assume this type of event happens often. Don’t recommend staying here for anyone that needs a safe hotel to stay at."
