I booked the room and a few weeks later the hotel asked me to cancel it, they messaged me and called me to ask that I cancel it. The price was very good so I did not. The hotel room was still advertised but double the price online. The hotel was self service and promised to share access code 24 hrs in advance. Despite trying to reach them I only got the code when I arrived at the door and called the number at the door for help to access. The cancellation request and not providing the code in time was a bad experience. The hotel was just fine, and location very convenient. Although I was on the 4th floor at the level of the train and it was pretty loud. Book a room higher up.

Location was good, hotel was clean, most staff was nice and helpful, bed was comfortable, luggage hold was helpful when needed. Room was smaller than depicted in the photos. Read the fine print, in terms of extra fees. Breakfast is not included, just offered for an additional fee.
