Overall the staff was great and friendly. We were able to schedule a time to swim and use the facilities available. The hotel was quiet, couldn’t hear traffic outside. Parking was okay, could do with more parking though. Regardless of these things, the bathroom in our king suit needs a math mat of some sort because it’s a slipping hazard. There was hair in the shower, so the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, atleast the shower. The rug could of been vacuumed a bit better. There was dust around where the coffee maker and microwave were situated. As well as dust being above the molding along certain areas of the room and what looks like gunk and dust built up in cracks. The hot and cold system was really weird throughout the night. It would periodically get hot and then cold, so we were fighting to not sweat to death or freeze. The bed was still comfortable regardless.

Was pretty mediocre. Not bad but not amazing. The fitness center and "spa" was very small and in the basement. The spa consists of a tiny pool and a hot tub in a little room. The air quality in the room was terrible and there is zero ventilation. Bathrooms don't have any ventilation nor can you open windows so if you take a hot shower your room will stay hot. Our air thermostat kept switching on and off as they have a "conserve energy" system which made it pretty uncomfortable. It's decent but spending over $800 for a weekend doesn't seem to be worth it at all. Had a completely different idea of the hotel when it said spa the spa was literally just a 8x8 room with a pool and hot tub in their basement.

I'm not sure how this hotel has a 4 star rating but it shouldn't. The entire hotel felt like lipstick on a pig. The first room we had was big and spacious... missing picture off the wall, light switches didn't work and there was a horrible clicking sound coming from the air conditioning unit. The second room we moved to was smaller with strange mix matched decor and there was a strong scent filled the room which made me light headed. Not sure if it was intentional or not but it was too much if they had scents coming through the air conditioner. And then we found a hole in the ceiling which I checked to make sure there wasn't some creeper camera coming through it and there was no fan in the bathroom so it was like a sauna if you showered. The tv image quality looked horrible like it was badly bootleg streamed. There was also little gnats that we kept finding in the bathroom. The small details of the wallpaper and everything just wasn't quality work either. And I went to put something in the fridge and it was like room temperature at the coldest it would go. Overall it was super underwhelming and disappointing as I had many hotels to pick from. The good ratings surprise me. The girl at the front desk was very sweet but that's about the only compliment I have about the place. I would never go back again.

The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The food at Marco Polo’s was delicious.
