Brilliant. Internal decor of public areas is quite sumptuous. The bar and restaurant were great and surprisingly reasonable for the style of hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa & pool look great. Secure parking at a reasonable £16 per day. We were given an amazing room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

Very basic, says parking available, but it was expensive , £15 for overnight, description implied it was walkable to airport, reception said too dangerous. Late check in after midnight was good. Lift doors didnt open the whole way, was very creaky. Room & corridors very musty and tired. Comfortable bed, no charging ports. Quiet

I really liked this hotel and all the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will, however, mention that we actually didn't know how to get there and asked several people directions. We ended up at another Premier Inn also next to Hearthrow and was not able to transfer the reservation because it was booked and paid for through Expedia. That Premier Inn was a bit nicer in the lobby and easier to get to if you are travelling by train or bus. I should probably also mention that this was...

Good value for money for one night stay to catch a next day early flight from Heathrow. Free Bus Service out/in Heathrow Central Bus Station. Just be aware to catch it back to Heathrow within the free zone otherwise you will be prompted to pay the fare by the driver.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! We were given alcoholic welcome drinks on arrival
In the beautiful new bar and showed around personally by the lovely Katerina. Will definitely be staying here again when we...

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor. We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.
