"We stayed here for 4 nights. We booked the Premium Suite, Balcony City View. The room was much smaller than the it looks in the photo. There is no where for you to put your suitcases. The bathroom is super small and the shower head spurted water into the rest of the bathroom. The vent in the ceiling also was missing some grates so you could see through it. When we checked in the front desk clerk was super helpful and could tell we weren't happy with this room and was able to give us the Family room for nights 2-4. This room was much better, more room to open your suitcase and the shower was a good size. The room was overall clean and in good condition and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are all wonderful and super helpful and were able to make local recommendations for us. They even booked a city tour for us and arranged for drives to and from the airport. There is a spa in the basement where we enjoyed foot massages and a full body massage. The breakfast was included and it is at their sister property a 5 minute walk away. It's a basic buffet breakfast but we were also able to order eggs. The staff here was also super friendly and helpful Overall this is a great little hotel in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi."

"This was our favorite hotel in the 3 cities we traveled to in Vietnam. The photos really don’t do it justice… it’s much more luxurious than I expected. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. Reception and bellman greeted me by name during the whole stay. Indoor pool was gorgeous and rooftop bar was very nice. We didn’t use the onsen or gym so cannot speak to that. Breakfast was ok. So many great options to eat around the hotel as it is very centrally located. It’s about a 12 minute walk to lady bird lake. Would definitely stay again when back in Hanoi."

"Bedding was acceptably clean. However, due to the age of the hotel the bathroom shows sign of wear and tear. The bathtub wasn’t levelled so would wobble; and there is signs of mould around the walls. The door handle was ran out of batteries when we checked in, but that was a small inconvenience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which make up for the wear and tear. But it would be nicer if hotel management could renew the amenities."

"The breakfast buffet is great; the eggs and pho must be ordered and are quickly brought to the table. Every day has a different kind of fruit. The front desk staff members were very helpful whenever we asked questions. The bellhop man always helped open the door with a smile and shook my hand. He is very polite. He even helped carry our suitcases to our room on the first and last days; he is so friendly and helpful."
