"Hotel coffee and breakfast in the Executive Lounge and Folk Cafe were excellent offerings to start each day. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. If trains are your thing for adventuring, Osaka Station is just across the street. Otherwise, taxi options always available and waiting just outside of the hotel lobby. Very attentive staff, helpful, willing to accommodate various requests always with kindness and a smile. Would stay here again and will recommend to others who plan to visit. "

"Front desk staff unfriendly both at check in and check out. Carpets old and dirty. Hotel breakfast- No variety. Not worth it. Better eating out. Do not lose your room key. They will charge for a replacement. "
