The hotel is in a good location and close to a subway. Booked the premier Queen room with lounge access and it was totally worth it. Clean room, breakfast was quite good and the complimentary drinks and snacks at the lounge daily was well worth it. Very good experience with the front desk staff and cleaners.

We enjoyed the hotel breakfast which offered many western and Japanese menu choices, served in a buffet style. The laundry facilities were clean and it was easy to obtain a machine when we needed it. The front desk staff were a good source of directions and advice. The hotel’s location made it easy for us to walk to our destinations or to use the train system, which had access just opposite the hotel.

Very close to the train station, literally right above it. Clean room full of amenities. Having lounge access was a great way to either take a break from morning plans or for having a quick place to snack before heading out for the rest of your day. Overall, excellent stay. Super helpful and friendly staff, conveniently located hotel across from the subway station. A short subway trip away from Osaka Castle, Umeda Sky Building, and Dotonburi. Breakfast was really greate with a nice selection of foods and all very tasty. Book a room with the lounge access, and you get free drinks and snacks from from 4-7pm Also, many nearby restaurants and a covered shopping area. The only downside is that the rooms are small, but that’s the norm in Japan.

We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka. Train station is right under the hotel building. So easy to get anywhere in Osaka and get back after a long day of walking. Get the included breakfast for unlimited japanese beef everyday! Complimentary drinks daily and new towels everyday
