Within walking distance to Osaka Castle. LGBTQ welcoming and we lived our stay here. Bonus there is a great cafe and Family Mart downstairs."

"I can’t really fault this place. My room was spotlessly clean and pretty spacious for Japan. The onsen was great - a nightly ritual I came to love. I didn’t eat at the hotel so no comment on the breakfast. It’s close to multiple metro lines, including trains direct to Kyoto. Easy to walk downtown or Umeda. I’d definitely stay here again with great pleasure. "

We loved the area - plenty of dining and shopping in the area and a short walk to the subway. The room was large with a walk-in closet. We enjoyed breakfast - many different options and they assisted with my food allergy. Would definitely stay here again. "
