"Excellent hotel with practical and beautifully minimalist design. Between Namba and Omeda stations, convenient for exploring the shopping neighborhoods. Immediately after checking in, we partook in a takoyaki making class in the restaurant, other days they had a discreet class or gave out free red bean soup there. The public bath downstairs was excellent and every day felt like a spa day with us putting on our provided spa clothes and heading downstairs for a hot soak."

"Absolutely the most lovely experience and property we stayed at in our visit to Japan. A wonderfully polite staff showed us to our room personally. The tub and view of the city... OMG. Incredible. A lovely happy hour on the terrace closed a great day out in this huge city. We will definitely be returning at a future date and staying longer. Arigato Gozaimasu!"

"We stayed 6 nights. The beds were comfortable. The hotel setting is friendly and quaint. We enjoyed the laundry facilities within the hotel. It isn’t the most convenient location from the Osaka station but if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk, it’s doable. We found the room quite snug. Breakfast options were minimal but enough to get us going in the morning."

Lots of different essentials you can have if you run out of stuff. They have a laundry area and microwave area. Didn’t use it but looks clean and handy. Stayed for 3 nights so just long enough"

"Well placed for easy access when you’re arriving with baggage. Directly opposite the Keihan City Mall with the Temmabashi metro station right underneath. If you utilise then Keihan main line entrance/exit beside Starbucks on street level and right beside the ticket barriers on station level there are no stairs to contend with. "
