Fantastic stay! We loved the room and the location. Although out of the city centre it made it a more peaceful place to sleep each night. Great transport links. Really enjoyed the bar space for a cocktail in the evening. Quiet room too!

The hotel feels very new and chic! I stayed two nights and loved it. Located within walking distance from Osaka Station, as well as Nakanoshima Park which is lovely for a stroll. There are early morning coffee options nearby (Glitch, Brooklyn), as well as a Family Mart just downstairs. The hotel bar is a nice spot to relax in the evenings. Room is spotlessly clean, well designed, comfortable and has good sound proofing. I slept very well. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was perfect. they put in an extra bed for us (group of 3) and there was lots of space. the amenities were great, we were able to do laundry and the perfume bar was a nice touch for a night out! everyone on staff was very nice and helpful :)

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good. And we had dinner at the restaurant one night, which was excellent. only gave staff four stars because there is nobody to help with the luggage as we’re dragging two large suitcases. And the concierge was unable to recommend restaurants for us, which I would think would be one of the responsibilities of that position.

We did not have breakfast, however it was more costly than other hotels during our stay in Japan. The staff were a little hit and miss; sometimes very helpful, other times I think there was a communication gap and the "helpfulness" just didn't come through. The rooms were clean and well appointed with enough room to place bags etc. The location was very central and had adequate shopping and restaurant access, in a quite spot, right in the middle of Osaka. Very good experience overall.

Staff were superhelpful especially with holding our luggage and shipping on to the next hotel. The room was large and lovely. the biggest bonus was the guest lounge with coin washing and drying machines along with sofas, coffee machines etc. Cocktails in the second floor bar were excellent
