Was worried about the shared bathrooms but honestly that was so easy and also close enough to the rooms to not feel like a hassle at all. "

"We had the same staff member for our entire stay and she was outstanding. She was so helpful. This was a feature with all staff we encountered on our stay. The stay and facilities were a true onsen and a must do experience in Japan. Hakone has many onsens. When we return we would not hesitate to stay here again."
