"Clean, spacious room with your own private osen, too bad I didn't know they serve their breakfast from 7:30-11ish, I wish they have put the time somewhere on their booking page because I had to leave at 7am to catch my train and I didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast that came with my hotel booking. I feel sad for missing out on that. "

The lobby had supplies of toiletries, lotions, and packets of green tea & broth powder. Check-in & check-out was done on self use machine. "I stayed at 5 different accommodations during my visit to Japan, and Ryokan Plum was by far my favourite - it was a shame that I could only stay for one night! I stayed in the traditional tatami room, which exceeded all of my expectations. It was beautiful! The host (I forget her name) who greeted me upon my arrival was very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Ryokan Plum to anyone visiting the Hakone/Odawara area. "
