The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. The room we had was spacious with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It's a short 10 minute walk to very good shopping areas and department stores.

Family-friendly property but definitely a bit dated. The elevators had a funky smell. The living space was huge and the in-room bottomless beer amenity was pretty cool. Overall, it wasn’t bad for a short weekend trip to Hakone.
