"Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this....

"This hotel is infested with mould including the room we were given! We asked the man on the front desk if we could move rooms, shocked that he had placed us in such room and he showed us to a new room which had no visible mould but still smelt strongly of mould (mould had clearly been painted over). We had arrived at 2am from our flight so we had to stay until morning. We had booked 4 nights but checked out straight away in the morning!! I advised the new man on the front desk that we were...

"Room with no windows that looked like nothing in the pictures. Check in advertised at 3pm but had to sit and wait for 45mins before finally getting keys. Wall were grubby and very basic. I didn't expect much for the money but at least a window and fresh air. "
