"The room was a good size with a nice bathroom - all very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the restaurant is fairly small and so it can get very busy. Staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The only slight issue was with the lift - it’s a fairly busy hotel with 40+ floors and just 3 lifts. This did mean a fair amount of waiting on lifts but I guess it can’t be helped given the size of the building. All in all - a good stay. Would recommend."

"Loved my stay! The coffee shop, rooftop bar, club, all the amenities were wonderful. Hotel was beautiful, I went with the higher floor and did not regret it. Would book again and again."

"Overall, the room was adequate, though smaller than expected, and the bed was not particularly comfortable. The lobby would benefit from more thorough cleaning, especially the windows and seating areas. On a positive note, the hotel offered a good selection of movie channels and is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Brooklyn Bridge and Canal Street."

"No coffee machine in the room, very low amenities only body wash and shampoo from a fixed bottle. This hotel used to be the Mondrian and now it is a very low cost hotel at the same prices of the Mondrian. The coffee downstairs is $8 for a machine version, there is no breakfast available on weekends only brunch starting at 9am. At that price point there are many hotels with better facilities. amenities and experience."

"Nice modern hotel with clean modern rooms and friendly staff. Black-out curtains were very effective and could sleep any time of day if needed. Very quiet neighborhood at night and bed was comfortable. Right across from a beautiful park. In China town and 2 blocks to Little Italy. 5 to 10 min walk to subway. Moderate walk to financial district or Brooklyn Bridge. Staff gave a great dim sum recommendation. Great location, very nice place, would definitely stay here again!"
