"The staff were amazing, very friendly and made us feel at home. They gave us local suggestions and it was easy to communicate with them while we were out exploring, via whatsapp. They offered us a free upgrade to a room with a city view which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options; fruit, juices, meat, eggs, pho, dumplings, spring rolls etc. everything from check in to check out and laundry service were seamless."

The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in the middle of old quarter they must have great soundproofing as the night was quiet.
