"Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent. for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream. Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream. Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all. My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"

Room was perfect and i was able to turn the aircon off unlike another hotel i usually stay in. "Room warm and comfortable and easy to book through hotels.com. Buffet breakfast tasty with many options (although my grandson was disappointed that there weren’t any hashbrowns !) Allowed my family who live locally to pay for a breakfast so they could join us which was an added bonus . Overall very pleased. Only improvement would be to include parking in the fee rather than it being an added extra (oh…and include hashbrowns!). Will definitely visit again"
