"We have had a few weekend breaks here and will definitely use again. Rooms are a good size, clean, beds are large and comfortable with cozy duvets and pillows. Bathroom was clean too. Nice anniversary message from the team. Cleaning team were all pleasant. Love the character and charm of this old building which is in keeping with the town. Only negaive about the room was the sink and shower thermostat was temperamental, either cold or very hot though with a little patience you can get it to right temperature. I didn't complain as its only minor and it might have just been that room. Nice clean and warm swimming pool, deep enough for to swim lengths. Decent changing rooms, sauna and steam room. I didnt use the gym. Location is perfect with the theatre and centre within 5 mins walking distance. Car park cost is reasonable. Didn't book breakfast or dinner as everything is within walking distance with lots of local options. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF."

"The hotel is set in lovely grounds, has a good choice of parking and communication before our stay was excellent. Staff on site were also very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean although it was very warm with no obvious ventilation apart from the balcony door. The bar and restaurant were excellent although quite expensive. Fantastic location for a range of attractions nearby, we visited the British Motor Museum for the amazing Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Celebration and Warwick Castle which is fantastic. Hotel was great and we will stay again I'm sure."

"Lovely overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. We made use of the leisure facilities which were (understandably) busy for a Saturday afternoon, but nice and relaxing. Can't comment on the restaurant as we decided to eat in town."
