"Poor quality hotel room , dirty walls"

"Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains."

"Excellent location for overnight stays For terminal 2 or 3 departures"

"Staff in restaurant, maids, and concierge were helpful and welcoming. At check in the receptionist was trying to updsale us. This was not appreciated. She wanted 50 pounds for early check in, which she said was not available a few minutes earlier."

"I struggled to rate this hotel fairly. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and about a 20-minute walk to most theaters. The reason I won’t stay here again is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the room next to us, and it seemed as if they were speaking in a “regular” volume. We could hear every room in our vicinity’s doors closing in the hallway. Also no air conditioning so you will most likely need to sleep with your window open. One night, there was a car alarm that went off for a long time. The hotel does leave ear plugs next to the bed, so I am sure they are aware of this issue."

"Good location, friendly staff and nice ambiance. Bathrooms small and rooms fairly basic but very comfortable and clean. "

"This was a return stay for us. We were happy from the last stay that's why we stayed at this property again for this trip. The included breakfast was good. Not just Continental breakfast. The hotel was quiet. Just a short walk from terminal 4 via a covered walkway. Terminal 4 is connected to the other terminals by free underground train."

"It was a great stay the only criticism was the toilet seat was loose and the toilet didn’t flush properly "
