"Our room had no air conditioning for the duration of our stay, further complicated by a broken thermostat. We reported the issue to the front desk twice. While an engineer did come up on one occasion, his inspection was brief and he left without fully resolving the problem. No alternative accommodations or remedies were offered at any point, leaving our room at 80 degrees for the entirety of our stay. Aside from one staff member who was genuinely helpful, the front desk team was largely unfriendly and difficult to deal with. Our visit to the hotel lounge and bar added to our frustration. When we requested a table, the hostess made no effort to seat us properly and instead suggested we sit at the bar. This was dismissive and inhospitable — a response entirely unbecoming of a hotel at this level."

"I arrived late, exhausted and ready for bed. Had to pay a $175. snd the Resort FEEand I was in the Elevator. Upstairs the sheets on the bed were pretty gross with paint (?) stains and I raced back downstairs and the Night Shift Fausto, went back uu to iwith me, and was so sweet and kind i see ey j"

"We had the best weekend at the Shelburne Sonesta. We were celebrating a big birthday and the staff treated us so well and made it a very special occasion. We will definitely stay here again!!"
