"Room was not clean, the wine glass had a lipstick, the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. Overall we did not feel that we were staying the 5 star hotel."

"The property itself is great. The top of the Strat is the best view in Vegas and a great place to have a cocktail. The only issue with the Strat is its location. It's sort of in no mans land between downtown Vegas and the heart of the strip. You have to uber to virtually anywhere as you're not in walking distance to anything. "

"Staff was aggressive and trying to pressure timeshare presentation. Pool was closed 1 day. Terrible room service, and they rarely answered the phone if you needed something, would transfer you to voicemail."
