"Great place to stay.Very quiet at all times .Have stayed there since 2015 and would not stay anywhere else.Very close to everything.Cafe Medina next door is wonderful.FYI get the hotel to get a reservation for you.I liked the hot tub,fitness Center and pool.I come to Vancouver every year for the marathon and would never stay anywhere else."

"I stayed their for 1 night. I just came off my cruise ship & wanted to stay somewhere nice. Nice staff & they let me check in early. I had 2 double beds. Very big spacious room. It had a frig & freezer attached. Plenty of chairs & dining chairs to eat your food. It had a nice kitchenette. I went to the inside hot tub. It felt so good. "

"The hotel included nice amenities such as afternoon happy hour, lots of art in the lobby and in the rooms (real art!) free bikes, little carafes in your room to get free still and bottled water, lots of towels, robes, safe, mini fridge. It was in a bustling location with tons of places to eat, convenience stores and coffee. It's about a 10 minute walk to the water front. I little longer to the metro or to the cruise port. "Enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. Staff were very friendly. Hotel restaurant was nice. Decor a bit outdated but the hotel is clean and has a nice feel to it. Very convenient for shopping and dining. Outside area in front of the hotel can get a bit chaotic with all the cruise ships but they keep it pretty well organized. Would stay again "

"We came in from a cruise and tried to check in 6 hours early. Our room wasn't ready that early (of course). But they allowed us to drop off our bags and took our number to call when available. Amazingly, they called in an hour. We were able to check in a whopping 5 hours early. Without an extra fee or anything, how awesome is that? We had amazing customer service the whole stay. The hotel only has 80 something rooms. We always felt like their only customer, yet the hotel was sold out. ...
