We loved staying at Hotel Blu. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We even got an upgrade which was wonderful! The gym, swimming pool and sauna were a great addition, really great amenities. Little touches like the flavoured chilled water were very appreciated. The hotel is immaculately clean and perfectly located. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Rooms wonderful highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the hotels location.on the harbour...a nice walk to Stanley park..had a nice pool area but was always too busy to actually get a sun bed.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and only wish we’d had longer to enjoy the hotel! We arrived a little early at around 3pm, so our room wasn’t quite ready yet as check-in was from 4pm. When we returned later that evening, we were absolutely delighted to find that we’d been upgraded to a stunning harbour view room. The view was gorgeous and the room itself was beautiful — it really made our short stay feel special. We also enjoyed a drink in the bar using some of...

This hotel is in a great location - an easy walk to the Aquabus over to Granville Island and a fairly direct route to English Bay and then on to Stanley Park. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. The room was a good size and the facilities were great - a full-size fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel is quite old-fashioned and in need of updating; our room was quite dark but could be...

Really nice facilities and a great location. 4pm check in time is rough

Ok

Great place altogether. Very helpful staff great amenities and fantastic location.

Nice stay only one lift working but still made work local convenient stores and lots of food places to eat

Very handy location after a long flight to Vancouver. Lovely room with a great view of the runway.

We arrived at the hotel off a cruise ship around 9am - well before the official check in time. However, the staff allowed us to move in to our room immediately: a kindness much appreciated by my wife who was feeling rather unwell. While she rested, I found much of interest as I wandered around the neighborhood and was impressed with the quality and scale of amenities there. With the SkyTrain station only a block away, I think this would be a great base for visiting Vancouver.

Clean and classy environment, nice pool and gym. Fantastic breakfast, plenty of choices and lots of space in the restaurant! Easy walk or train to where we wanted to visit!

A great hotel
