"The room is clean, the hot tub needed to be vacuumed the whole time we were there. The gym didn't open till 6 AM which isn't very helpful for business people that need to be out of the hotel and at work by eight. Not sure why the gym couldn't open earlier. Overall, you get what you pay for but I've paid the same amount and have better amenities. Felt safe in hotel and parking lot"

"The manager is the absolute worse human I think I know. The office is no open 24 hours a day like other hotels. So I had 2 friends stop by and didn’t think twice about it. My next stay there woke up to the manager pounding on my door. She told me I had 15 mins to get out so I just booked another night. She comes back hours later telling me she will call the cops on me if I don’t get out of the room. Keep in mind I have already paid for another night. She said it was because I had the 2 unregistered guests on my previous stay. "

"Everything was pretty good. Room keys were off and on working. The 24/7 coffee availability wasn’t working at 5am one morning when I needed it most. The facility was quiet and clean. "

"Double Tree was amazing. From the moment I checked in to when I checked out. The staff was very accommodating to not only me, but also our cat, Grogu, welcomed with fresh warm cookies. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool and hot tub was really nice. Overall I will definitely be booking back here again. "

"I did not care for this property. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no mention of having to pay for parking, and paying 15 dollars apiece for cereal breakfast was just ridiculous "

"There is not good place for pets to potty, lots of thorny plants, etc. I would put in a grassy area designated just for dogs."

"We've been here for months and never had an issue that wasn't addressed, hot water is excellent in our room, AC is also excellent, we didn't have any issues with anything really... Neighbors are pretty quiet, front desk manager is really nice and ready to work with, its inexpensive and I sleep like a baby here. I think that some reviews are really harsh and over the top because I've been on 3 different rooms here and if something was needed, Gigi makes sure to take care of it right away."
