"I was somewhat disappointed. For a place that advertised luxury it wasn’t at all luxury. There was a distinct smell in the room and simple items that denote luxury weren’t there apparent. Couch was soiled and bath towels were thin and overages from years of use. "

"I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much. "

"This Hotel is great value for what it provides and where it is located. It is very central to everything in the city and major sightseeing - close to shopping and many eateries. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the entire property is well maintained. The staff overall are friendly and helpful especially the in the Breakfast room. The breakfast could be more exciting especially when it comes to pasties "
