Great location, great rooftop and comfortable rooms. I also liked that there were various breakfast options. I didn't like that we kept on banging our toes on the wide table legs in the room and mostly that we were on the 6th floor and were woken up at 5am in the morning with people dropping weights in the gym. We spoke to reception but this continued...really spoilt what would have been a perfect stay.

The service is outstanding, location great, close to everything. The looks is a bit too modern and strange but it is the best service we had in South Africa. The breakfast is amazing, easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds and good pillows. We will definitely return.

We liked the location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had terrible room service on our last night. I think it all could have been somewhat better if the issues in the kitchen was just communicated earlier. Reagarless we really enjoyed it and will be back soon! 🙂

Great location, funky hotel, awesome staff. Wifi good, bed comfortable. Two things:. Even they have an eco-friendly message, they are still using PLASTIC straws in their restaurant and rooftop bar. Please, partner up with Two Oceans Aquarium and switch to paper! Also splayed legs on table in room was a tight fit that resulted in many stubbed toes.

Great location in the heart of the Waterfront. It has a young, hip vibe. Staff is very friendly. We were in a standard room. Very clean with all necessary amenities. Nice Roof top area.
