Nothing special about the property but the location is central. The View of Cargo containers across from hotel entrance is unappealing. It is the shipping dock spot where cruise ships were parked for the cruisers. Walking distance to the Marina and V&A, which was convenient. They also have a free bus shuttle and boat shuttle to the waterfront. The staff is super kind and breakfast buffet is extravagant. The table Mountain View from the room was also beautiful.

We stayed three nights at the AC Marriott hotel 3-6 April 2024. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out the service was exceptional! The staff were helpful, friendly, hospitable and professional. The hotel and our room was lovely and clean. The beds were super comfy. The mountain views were breathtaking. The convenient, complimentary canal cruise into the V&A Waterfront was a lovely surprise and appreciated. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to visiting in the future! Thank you 😊

Check in experience was terrible. Property was listed waterfront but the view is of a container yard. Shuttles to the waterfront area do not have a very frequent schedule and the water shuttle closed down due to wind. Not an easy property to get to.

Great value for money. Uber is cheap and plentiful, and makes up for the walking distance to the waterfront. Easy underground parking with lift to foyer. Friendly. Great breakfast.
