Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. It really felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. One front desk team member stood out—he greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in efficiently, and handled a room delay with genuine courtesy. He offered great advice on visiting the Burj Khalifa while we waited and later gave helpful restaurant recommendations. His kindness and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. We highly recommend Palace Downtown and would gladly return. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, service, and style in the heart of Dubai. "

"The staff was so nice! They let us check in really early which made our jet lag so minimal! Everyone was very friendly and patient with my adult son with special needs even though he could be kind of annoying. The rooms and view were great. The food was delicious. We had a great time! "

"The staff was extremely helpful. The manager Shiran assisted me in figuring out how public tranportation operates. Chezi actually walked me to the bus station with my heavy suitcase. Anastasia did everything she could to make my stay better. And Sami, the Eritrean man, was wonderful. But the rooms were VERY DARK.I could hardly see anything in the first room I was given on the dark side of the hotel. I was given another room which was light during the day. But thete was still not enough light at night. The coffee was fine but there should be.croissants or something better than cookies. This hotel needs to fix the horrible darkrooms IMMEDIATELY."
