"estuvimos varios dias alojados en el hotel y tanto el servico como la atencion del gerente del hotel sr. santos salvaron nuestra luna de miel. la playa es espectacular tienen rooftop con musica en vivo todas las noches el mejor ambiente. muy recomendado el bike tour por todo el hotel. me hubiese gustado tener mas variedad de comida en el buffet principal. no frecuentamos usar piscinas pero el bar tiene buen ambiente y el personal es amble y atento especialmente maribel. volveremos pronto a republica dominicana."

Our children loved every minute and stayed happily busy. **Family-Friendly** Super clean and safe – none of the kids got sick. Pools and beach were the highlights; we barely used the room (minor issues there didn't bother us at all). **Small Notes** Check-in is slow (mostly paper-based), and dinner reservations can be tough for non-premium members – book early! Vegetarians have fewer buffet options, but overall food is great. **Tip** Bring $1 bills for tipping – staff appreciate it! The positives far outweigh any minor cons. While there was a persistent musty odor in our room throughout the trip, the excellent staff and amenities more than made up for it."
