"I had a wonderful stay! The suite, located in the old building, was spotless and spacious! It’s in a great location near Union station and all the downtown, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend it!"

"Excellent stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Helpful friendly staff. Steps away from Clifton hill. Fantastic view of the falls! Loved the “balcony” door. Not an actual outdoor space but it was fantastic being able to open up the door and allow some airflow through the room."

"Very loud neighbour and called the desk. Service Rep indicated that they would not be able to do much about noise. I was not happy, and expressed this to Customer Rep. Manager got involved and stopped noisy neighbour immediately and called us to apologize. I stay in hotel rooms ~50% of my year and understand what is reasonable. Did not appreciate flippant reply from first contact with front desk. Customer Rep was quite dismissive."

"Great location and level of cleanliness in the room. Didn’t get to try their restaurant but it was busy (good sign). Would stay their agin."
