"Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t really use the amenities. One suggestion, as a senior, would’ve either a bath mat or slip resistant slips in the shower/tub. Personally, despite being in very good shape for my age, I was being very careful in the tub."

"Booked for the pool. It was under renovation - was not informed. Room booked was not clean upon check-in (6pm) so given a smaller room that did not fit the family. Then was given two rooms but not adjoining. The hallway reeked of pot and therefore lingered in our room. We cancelled our second night and stayed elsewhere. "

"The room and building are very run down. The paint is chipping off of furniture, walls, etc. The curtain didn't close (or have the option to adjust) to shut light out so it was very bright in the room. The temperature was not adjustable in the room so we were waking often of being too hot. I called the front desk and they sent a security person to show me how to adjust the temperature only to find that it just wasn't an option. After these findings, he said I should understand that the hotel was built a very long time ago. There were what looks like old wine stains on the bedding making me wonder if the bedding is cleaned with each guest. Unbelievable to me that they have similar pricing to other higher end hotels. Do not recommend."
